A local marketing firm Blue C, based in Costa Mesa, announced it has added new-to-market electric vehicle maker VinFast as a client this year.
The agency started working the Vietnam-based EV manufacturer in early 2022 to introduce the brand’s two SUVs, the VF8 and VF9, to the U.S. market.
Vinfast held a preview of its VF8 vehicle in Garden Grove in June and will open a retail location at the Irvine Spectrum shopping center later this summer.
“The EV industry is innovative and ever evolving with its commitment to revolutionizing the automotive space, which makes it incredibly ripe with potential,” Blue C Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer Eric Morley said in a statement.
Founded in 1998, Blue C also works with the Irvine Co., Costa Mesa-based MeridianLink, and an Ingram Micro business titled CloudBlue.
