Mavenlink, an Irvine-based software maker, has named Steve DeSantis as the new chief financial officer to oversee essential business functions and guide organizational growth.
DeSantis has more than 30 years of financial management experience in both the private and public sectors.
“He will act as an operational cornerstone, managing the finance and accounting functions of Mavenlink’s business, as well as HR, legal, networking, business systems, and information security,’” the company said in its statement.
Before Mavenlink, DeSantis took two companies public: ShiftPixy in 2017 and TCI Solutions in 2004.
Mavenlink makes cloud-based project- and team-management software for service providers that helps its clients streamline workflow online.
DeSantis replaced Piero Broccardo. Broccardo is now CFO North America at SYSPRO USA in Costa Mesa, according to his linked.in page.
