Kim Letch will become the Managing Partner for Ernst & Young’s Orange County office on July 1.
She will replace outgoing managing partner John Belli who will retire at the end of June after about 40 years with Ernst & Young.
Letch has 24 years of experience with Ernst & Young and is a partner in the assurance and advisory group, director of the Orange County office’s Entrepreneur of the Year program, and leads its Strategic Growth Markets practice.
Ernst & Young is the No. 3 accounting firm in Orange County by employment with 419 local employees.
