Sole Technology Inc. in Lake Forest appointed Esmail Mawjee interim president, a new position.
Mawjee, who most recently served as strategic adviser at Active Ride Shop in Rancho Cucamonga, will be responsible for the overall operations of the company and report to owner and Chief Executive Pierre-Andre Senizergues.
“With a fast evolving retail environment, we feel confident that Esmail’s insights and deep experience in the industry will help guide and direct our planning process, as well as support our teams in the strong implementation of our brand strategies as we move into 2017,” Senizergues said in a statement.
Sole Technology manufactures action sports footwear and apparel under its etnies, éS, Emerica, Altamont and ThirtyTwo brands. Its annual revenue is estimated at about $120 million.
