Costa Mesa-based TTM Technologies Inc. was up 3.9% to $10.65 and a $1 billion market cap. The company makes printed circuit boards.

Santa Ana-based BioLargo Inc. was up 16.5% to $1.03 and an $89 million market cap. The company makes iodine-based disinfectant and water filtration products.
