The 21,000-square-foot property is at 901 E. Orangethorpe Ave.

The property was purchased as an investment. The buyer will make improvements and put it back on the market, according to data services provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included CBRE Group Inc.’s Ryan Peterson and Arthur Flores, who represented the buyer and seller.
