Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), an Irvine-based maker of sterilization and disinfection products for healthcare uses, today announced it has acquired a majority share of Dutch medtech company UV Smart.
“This acquisition expands ASP’s ability to deliver innovative solutions to customers across Europe and North America,” Chad Rohrer, president of ASP, said in a statement.
As part of the deal, UV Smart’s products, including a high-level disinfection device using UV-C light, will join ASP’s portfolio.
