The 22,030-square-foot building is at 155 N. Riverview Drive in Anaheim.
The property includes over 3,500 square feet of exterior balconies on the second and third floors, and was 100% occupied at the time of sale, according to CoStar Group Inc.
There was no buyer broker listed on the deal. Sean Ahern of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
