Former First Lady Jill Biden Joins Willow Board

Joe Kiani-founded health tech company also adds Said Hilal, Ken Buck

Willow Laboratories, a health tech company founded by Masimo founder Joe Kiani, today announced that it has added former First Lady of the United States Dr. Jill Biden to its board of directors.

The company also named Said Hilal, chief executive of Rancho Santa Margarita-based Applied Medical, and former federal prosecutor and congressman Ken Buck to the board as well.

“To have Jill Biden, Said Hilal and Ken Buck guide us with the rest of our esteemed Board towards our mission is going to be powerful,” Kiani said in a statement.

“They each bring extraordinary leadership experience and a deep commitment to improving lives.”
