Backpack and laptop bag manufacturer Targus is relocating its corporate headquarters within Anaheim.
Targus has signed a five-and-a-half-year lease with BentallGreenOak to occupy an 84,000-square-foot space at the Anaheim Concourse industrial facility at 1206 N. Miller St. in Anaheim.
CBRE’s Sean Ward, Brian DeRevere and Ryan Peterson brokered the deal.
According to CBRE, Targus plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from its 200,000-square-foot space at the Anaheim Technology Center at 1211 N. Miller St.
The move is not that far. Anaheim Technology Center and Anaheim Concourse are across the street from each other.
