Costa Mesa restaurant services provider Avanti Restaurant Solutions named Gary Coburn chief operating officer.
Avanti, which works with companies such as restaurant and hotel chains to provide kitchen design and equipment services, said Coburn is charged with managing the company’s design team operating under the Avanti Design Studio banner.
CEO and founder Mark Rossi pointed to Coburn’s experience building and scaling businesses in the hospitality industry as Avanti focuses on growth domestically and in Canada.
