Clearview Sells Hawaii Hotel

Clearview Partners in Newport Beach sold a nearly 600-room Holiday Inn Express in Waikiki for $205 million.

It’s said to be the largest location of the brand in the Americas.

Clearview bought the 254-room Marriott Bayview in Newport Beach for $78 million.
