Azio AI Gets Envirotech Order

For buildout of compute infrastructure

Data center company Azio AI Corp. said it has secured a customer order from Envirotech Vehicles, Inc. to support the expansion of modular AI data center infrastructure at its South Texas deployment site (Nasdaq: EVTV). Financial terms were not released.

The order is expected to support the buildout of approximately 5 megawatts of modular, high-density compute infrastructure, representing a significant step in the staged development and utilization of the site’s available power capacity, the Newport Beach-based company said in statement earlier this month.

The deployment aligns with Azio AI’s broader strategy to scale compute infrastructure through modular, rapidly deployable systems integrated directly with dedicated energy sources.

Shares of Houston-based Envirotech today were down less than 1% to $2.55 each and a $33 million market cap.
