Defense company Anduril Industries Inc. is seeking $1.5 billion of fresh funds to raise its valuation to $12.5 billion or more, website The Information said, quoting two people who have spoken to the company.
The Information said Costa Mesa-based Anduril “has had early discussions to raise what would be one of the largest venture capital rounds of the year so far.”
Anduril, founded by OC entrepreneur Palmer Luckey, was heading toward a $10 billion valuation last year.
