The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.3% to 18,090.25, and the Nasdaq was off 0.1% to 4,953.08.
The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond fell 2.9% to 2.07%.
The price of gold fell 0.4% to $1,199.80.
HEALTHCARE
Shares of Mission Viejo-based nursing facilities operator Ensign Group Inc. are up nearly 5% during morning trading to $43.47 and a market capitalization of $1 billion. Analysts at RBC Capital said it began coverage of the Ensign Group stock with an “outperform” rating and a $55 price target. The Ensign Group stock had been trading steadily after a notable drop in February on a quarterly earnings report that missed analyst estimates.
