Critical care and hospitalist provider Apollo Medical Holdings Inc. announced it will expand services to Orange County.
A hospitalist is a doctor who cares for patients at hospitals.
Glendale-based Apollo Medical named Daniel Hilton as regional hospitalist medical director. Hilton has served as chief of medicine at Fountain Valley Regional Medical Center in Fountain Valley.
Apollo Medical’s service in Orange County will begin at Fountain Valley Regional Medical Center, Huntington Beach Hospital, and Kindred Hospitals of Westminster and Santa Ana. Apollo Medical currently provides hospitalist care to 27 hospitals in Central and Southern California.
