Breeze Airways is adding a new nonstop flight from Irvine’s John Wayne Airport (SNA) to Ogden, Utah starting next February.
The new service will operate four times weekly with fares starting at $39 for a one-way trip.
John Wayne added the Salt Lake City-based budget airline last February and Orange County marked Breeze’s 100th nonstop service since forming in 2021.
Breeze also services routes to Orange County in Orlando, Fla., to Provo, Utah, Columbus and Cincinnati in Ohio, Pittsburgh, Pa. and to Providence, R.I.
“We have continued to see growth opportunities from SNA,” President Tom Doxey said in a statement.
John Wayne reported passenger traffic count of over 1 million for October, showing a decrease of 5.9% from last year. Total aircraft operations fell 2.9% to 26,252.
