UST, an IT services company in Aliso Viejo, has acquired TCB Corporation, a Canadian technology service company that operates under the name of Prodigy Labs in Toronto, as part of a deal with Prodigy Ventures Inc.
The deal will be worth up to $9.4 million, UST said yesterday.
Prodigy Labs plays a role in helping financial services firms drive digital transformation campaigns.
UST said the acquisition significantly strengthens its position in the financial services sector and expands its presence in the Canadian market.
