Aliso Viejo-based IT services company UST said it has acquired Endeavor Consulting Group, a supply chain management and product commercialization consulting firm based in Wayne, Pa. Financial details were not released.
Endeavor serves clients in North America and Europe, with expertise in life sciences.
The purchase will strengthen UST’s position with pharmaceutical, biopharma, and medical technology device customers, UST said in a statement.Â
“This acquisition will enhance UST’s Life Sciences management consulting and SAP offerings, facilitating breakthrough solutions to emerging challenges faced by pharmaceutical, biopharma, and medical device clients,” Anu Koshy, head of life sciences at UST, said in the statement.
