Irvine-based Drawloop Technologies Inc. announced it has been acquired by Bellevue, Washington-based Nintex USA LLC for an undisclosed amount. Drawloop works with more than 1,000 customers to “streamline document creation and drive productivity.”
Its acquisition will support Nintex’ aim to automate everyday business processes to “improve productivity, realize more cost-saving efficiencies, and generate more revenue.”
Nintex said it plans to expand Drawloop’s Irvine headquarters and accelerate investments in the Drawloop platform, which serves companies such as Minnesota-based 3M Co., San Francisco-based Docusign Inc., and Mountain View-based LinkedIn Corp.
The companies declined to provide financial information related to the acquisition or an employee count or other information about Drawloop.
“We couldn’t be more excited to combine Nintex’s workflow automation capabilities with Drawloop’s document creation functionality and extend our services into the Microsoft ecosystem where Nintex has strong partnerships and a robust customer base,” said Drawloop cofounder and Chief Executive Todd Mezrah.
