Burnham-Ward Properties is acquiring the Enderle Center in Tustin from the founding Enderle family, with plans to redevelop the aging retail site into a mixed-use project called Campo on 17th.
The development will include 60,000 square feet of commercial space and up to 100 for-sale townhomes, a scaled-down residential plan aimed at preserving retail as the primary use.
Longtime tenant Zov’s will remain and reopen in an expanded, remodeled space, even as other tenants such as El Torito have recently closed.
The Newport Beach-based developer expects to start construction before the end of the year and aims to finish by late 2027.
