Wireless infrastructure company Boldyn Networks of Newport Beach said it’s launched the 5G wireless network throughout Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s 42nd Street Shuttle line in New York City.
“Turning up the 42nd Street Shuttle Line was a milestone accomplishment in our larger installation program across the entire underground subway,” said Boldyn Networks US CEO Christos Karmis.
The MTA work is one of Boldyn’s major projects.

100,000 daily riders now have get uninterrupted wireless connectivity throughout the underground route, Boldyn said in a statement earlier this month.
