WHY: Represents the fifth generation and serves as co-owner and president of Birtcher Development, a family-owned Newport Beach-based industrial real estate firm that began in 1939 and has developed over 65M square feet of commercial and industrial assets nationally. Began working for the family firm in 2007. Projects have included a 330K square foot logistics center in Fontana, a 493K square foot logistics center in Rialto and the 7.2M square foot Oakmead Village in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale. President-elect of the Southern California chapter of NAIOP.
