There are more than 3,300 legal offices in Orange County. Nearly 70% of them have one to
four workers. About 5% have 20 to 49 employees. Two offices have between 250 and 499
workers. Irvine has more legal offices than any OC city, with 678. Santa Ana is No. 2, with 527.
Newport Beach takes the No. 3 spot, with 449 (see Special Report, page 21).
