Advantage Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: ADV) has named a few more executives to its leadership team, adding Chris Growe as chief financial officer, Pamela Morris-Thornton as chief human resources officer and Kelli Hammersmith as chief communications officer.
All three will report to the recently appointed chief executive Dave Peacock and begin their roles in late March.
Growe succeeds previous CFO Brian Stevens, who will stay on as an advisor until July. The incoming executive counts over 25 years of experience in the finance and investment industry and was previously a managing director covering consumer and retail at Stifel. Growe has also worked as an analyst at A.G. Edwards and did marketing at beer manufacturer Anheuser-Busch.
Morris-Thornton brings more than 25 years to her new role having previously been the vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion at Panera Bread. She also spent time at distribution firm Graybar and the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
Hammersmth enters a newly created communications role at Advantage after working for Northern Trust as senior Vice President of global executive and internal communications. She has almost 20 years of experience with past positions at Kohl’s and Molson Coors Beverage Co., including an earlier stint as a reporter.
“…I’m looking forward to collaborating with each of them on Advantage’s long-term strategy for growth,” Peacock said in a statement.
Shares of the Irvine-based sales and marketing solutions provider were off 2.4% to $1.85 apiece during midday trading with a market cap of $594 million.
