RxSight Inc. yesterday announced preliminary second quarter results and updated its 2026 sales guidance.
The Aliso Viejo-based cataract lens maker expects second quarter revenue between $32 million to $34 million. For the full year, RxSight reduced its sales forecast to $110 million to $120 million from a previous range of $120 million to $135 million.
The company will report second quarter results after the market closes on August 5.
Shares in RxSight were down 6.3% to $5.25 apiece and a $216 million market cap (Nasdaq: RXST).
RxSight also announced this week a collaboration with Alcon to develop technology that allows doctors to customize patients’ vision following cataract surgery. For more information, see the July 20 print edition of the Business Journal.
