The 26,033-square-foot space at 4100 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim will be fully occupied by DG Performance, according to real estate brokerage Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Voit Real Estate’s Seth Davenport and Mitch Zehner, as well as Derek Paul of Ashwill Associates Inc.
Davenport and Zehner represented the buyer while Paul represented the seller.
