The company will occupy an additional 15,000 square feet at the Lakeshore Towers, which serves as its headquarters. The cost of the lease was not disclosed. Quality Systems has been steadily growing and is expected to gain more business from healthcare reform that pushes electronic records. The property’s landlord, GE Capital, was represented by Rick Kaplan and Robert Lambert of Cushman & Wakefield. Chon Kantikovit and John Pomer of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Quality Systems.
