Tarsus Chief Commercial Officer Departs

Lands CEO role at public medical device company

Irvine-based Tarsus Pharmaceuticals Inc. yesterday said Chief Commercial Officer Aziz Mottiwala will depart to become chief executive of an undisclosed publicly traded medical device company.

Neera Clase, formerly senior vice president of market access, will serve as interim CCO as Tarsus looks for a permanent replacement.

Shares in Tarsus were down 4.5% to $56.63 and a $2.5 billion market cap (Nasdaq: TARS).
