More than three-quarters of company leaders feel confident using AI at work versus just 43% of the workers below them, according to a new study by Irvine-based IT services firm TrustedTech.
The workers most exposed to AI displacement are receiving the least support to adapt to it, the study said.
“The workers most likely to be replaced by AI are the same ones most likely to avoid it out of fear because no one has shown them how to use it safely or effectively,” TrustedTech founder Julian Hamood said in releasing the research today.
