TRP Investment Group LLC last month bought event venue OC Plaza in Irvine for $10.6 million.
The 28,000-square-foot building, just north of the San Diego (405) Freeway at 2757 McCabe Way, will be the new headquarters for Santa Ana-based tax consultant Tax Resolution Plus, which has ties to TRP Investment Group.
TRP plans to renovate the property’s second floor into an office and first floor into an event center.
The deal works out to $379 per square foot.
Shala Tavakoli, Kamyar Saket and Michael Darwich of Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices California Properties represented the buyer. Property Group International’s Steve Abraham repped the seller.
