Astro Pak LLC, a Costa Mesa-based precision cleaning services provider, announced July 2 its acquisition of Frontline Global Services Inc., a Diboll, Tx., provider of cleaning solutions for industrial and commercial equipment.
Astro Pak, a portfolio company of The Stephens Group LLC, said the acquisition of Frontline expands Astro Pak’s field service capabilities and increases the total number of locations to 14. Frontline provides oil flushing, chemical cleaning, fluid purification and other specialized system performance related services for industrial end markets.
“Frontline expands our portfolio of precision cleaning, fluid system management, and reliability services, enhancing our ability to support customers throughout the full lifecycle of mission-critical assets, all while advancing Astro Pak’s goal of being the world’s premier provider of high purity and precision cleaning services,” Astro Pak President Ken Carroll said in a statement.
