Five Point’s Great Park Neighborhoods will see a new mixed-use development on part of a 58-acre site near its sports fields.
Irvine’s planning commission approved the new phase of development currently called FivePoint X.
The MUD is expected to bring a 180-room hotel, retail and restaurant offerings, and new homes.
