A four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house on Lido Isle’s bay frontage in Newport Beach sold for $15.1 million on Nov. 1 – and reportedly below the original asking price.
The buyer, whose identity has not been disclosed, paid $4,765 per square foot for the 3,175-square-foot property at 704 Via Lido Nord, which was listed by Jon Flagg and Kyle Flagg of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. According to Homes.com, the house sold for 11% below its asking price.
Built in 1994, the home offers 180-degree views of Newport Harbor, 35 feet of bay frontage and a private dock.
Other features include a home office, an elevator and a waterfront deck. The outdoor space includes a patio with a barbecue area. Residents also have access to Lido Isle’s private beach and clubhouse.
The dock, which allows for seaside seating, can accommodate two boats. The property’s buyer was represented by Alexandra Rose of The Oppenheim Group. The previous owner put the property up for sale in mid-August.
