IN THE NEWS: Construction on $300M+ Dana Point Harbor revitalization officially started earlier this year, with Burnham-Ward developing the project’s commercial core, which would feature dining, educational activities, events and waterfront shopping. The updated harbor would also continue to offer Catalina Express and Dana Point Sportfishing and Whale Watching services.
NOTABLE: The commercial core of Dana Point Harbor’s revitalization would have a 120,000-square-foot footprint and be built over five phases.
