WHY: Has been with Newport Beach-based R.D. Olson for about 30 years and helped the company become one of the largest general contractors in the country. R.D. Olson has worked on multiple projects across the Western U.S., including adaptive reuse, education, hospitality, multi-unit and senior living. Instrumental in Olson university that teaches its employees a variety of different parts of its business.
IN THE NEWS: R.D. Olson has been active in 2024, as the general contractor completed an affordable housing project in Los Angeles County, broke ground on a Marriott development in San Diego and started construction on a 50-unit affordable housing venture in the Inland Empire.
NOTABLE: R.D. Olson also has work in Orange County, as the general contractor was hired to build two hotels as part of the Dana Point Harbor revitalization project.
