Irvine-based Snyder Langston, Orange County’s 10th largest commercial construction firm, announced several leadership changes including appointing Jason Rich as its new chief executive officer.
Rich, previously president and chief operating officer, replaces John Rochford. The move is part of a 10-year succession plan implemented eight years ago by Chairman Rochford and Executive Chairman Steve Jones.
Replacing Rich as president and COO is Lee Watkins, previously vice president of healthcare. Jo-E Lopez, previously vice president of business development, has been named chief relationship officer.
“We are committed to honoring the legacy of Don Snyder and Bill Langston that is founded in building with mastery,” Rochford said in a statement. “As Snyder Langston’s new leaders, Jason, Lee and Jo-E exemplify all of the characteristics that have made Snyder Langston successful.”
At the end of 2021, Snyder Langston had $450 million in annual revenue. It currently counts 130 Orange County employees.
