Rancho Mission Viejo has announced three leadership changes, including a new president and chief operating officer.
The South Orange County master-planned community developer has named Donald L. Vodra as vice-chairman of the board of directors, and has promoted Jeremy Laster to president and Elise Millington to chief operating officer.
The appointments represent the “next generation of Ranch leadership,” according to Chief Executive and Chairman Tony Moiso.
Vodra is transitioning from president to the newly-created vice chairman role after 27 years with the company. The new president, Laster, first joined RMV in 2001 as a project manager.
COO Millington joined RMV’s leadership team in 2004 as vice president of finance and was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer in 2014. She will remain CFO in addition to her new role as COO.
