Newport Beach-based Landsea Homes Corp. (Nasdaq: LSEA) has closed on homesites for another Florida community, marking the firm’s 23rd active neighborhood in the state.
Landsea acquired 103 homesites in Kissimmee Florida in the Storey Creek master-planned community.
Homes will range from 1,635 square feet to 3,200 square feet, on 60-foot lots. Development will begin this summer with sales launching next spring.
The deal comes a few weeks after Landsea closed on 149 homesites in Sanford, Fla., for a new community called Kentucky Square.
Landsea is the most valuable publicly traded homebuilder with headquarters in Orange County; it counts a market value of $295 million.
