Clean Energy Fuels reported third-quarter revenue of $104.9 million, beating analysts’ estimates, and well above last year’s $95.6 million.
Net loss for the quarter narrowed to $18.2 million from $25.8 million in the same period a year earlier.
The Newport Beach-based company, which provides renewable natural gas for trucks and buses, projected a 2024 net loss of $91 million to $81 million, unchanged from the previous projection.
Shares of Clean Energy Fuels fell 2.7% to $3.16 per share after closing up 4.8% for a market cap of $726 million.
