Swinerton Builders plans to renovate the interior for its Orange County headquarters, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Scott Wetzel of JLL represented the buyer. Marshall Vogt of Office Advisory Group, Jack Haley and Greg Diab of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
