The 42,000-square-foot building is at 2082 Michelson Drive.
Trinity Property Consultants will occupy the fourth floor while leasing out the remaining space in the lower floors, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
CBRE Group Inc.’s Andy Nott, Gary Stache and Anthony DeLorenzo represented the buyer and seller.
