Tilly’s Inc. (NYSE: TLYS) declined 2.6% to $10.50 and a $310 million market cap. Shares of the Irvine-based clothing, shoes and accessories retailer have dropped 59% since their 52-week high in September and are now at their lowest price since August, 2017.
