RR Donnelley & Sons to Buy Van Hoffmann

Printing company RR Donnelley & Sons Co. is buying Von Hoffmann, an education and trade book printer, from Visant Corp. in an all-cash deal valued at $412.5 million, officials announced Wednesday.
