El Segundo-based La Pat Investors LLC has purchased the 27-unit Patrician Apartments at 13852 La Pat Place in Westminster for $1.6 million from Bill and Rae Weiler of Huntington Beach. Grant Hahn, Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group’s Newport Beach office represented both the investors group and the Weilers.
