Zeno Table Co. purchased a 109,144-square-foot industrial property in Lake Forest from Makena Properties for $12.9 million. Mark Larson and Gary Stache of CB Richard Ellis’ Private Client Investment Group represented both parties.
Mark IV Capital bought a 2.69-acre site in the Town Center mixed-used development in Laguna Woods from Polygon Development. The Town Center project will break ground in May. SMH Millikan LLC acquired a 16,095-square-foot industrial building at 16842 Millikan Ave. in Irvine from Milliken Ave. Associates for $1.5 million. Pat Lacey of Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office represented both parties.
Chroma Ate Inc. bought a 19,039-square-foot industrial building at 7 Chrysler in Irvine from Mahnaz Daneshforooz for $1.7 million. Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office represented Chroma Ate. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Daneshforooz.
Ray Neufield purchased a 40,156-square-foot industrial building at 3300 W. Castor in Santa Ana from Curtis Wyatt Trust for $2.9 million. Daum Commercial Real Estate represented Neufield. In addition, Curtis Wyatt Trust acquired an 80,480-square-foot industrial building in Corona from IG Equities for $3.8 million. PacSan Management bought the 60,600-square-foot, 64-unit Portofino Apartments in Paramount from McCam Properties in Orange for $5.3 million. Bill Raffin of Raffin Realty represented PacSan. Dash Chopra of Sperry Van Ness represented McCam.
Turner Development Corp. acquired the 16-building, 237,369-square-foot San Juan Capistrano Business Park in San Juan Capistrano from Birtcher Real Estate Group for $22.7 million. Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim office represented both parties.
Forefront Diagnostics purchased 40,750 square feet at 2031 Valencia Circle in Lake Forest for more than $3.1 million. Jeff Carr of CB Richard Ellis and John Salmon of PRES represented Forefront Diagnostics. Chip Wright and Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented the seller.
First Street Financial Center LLC acquired an office building totaling 32,987 square feet at 1530 and 1540 E. First St. in Santa Ana from an Arizona-based limited partnership for $2.3 million. George and Steve Economos of NAI Capital Commercial represented both parties.

Draper’s & Damon’s expanded its lease to 90,008 square feet at 5 Pasteur in Irvine from The Irvine Co. Chip Wright of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach represented Draper’s & Damon’s. The Irvine Co. was represented in-house by John Turner.
MCSi Inc. leased a 13,849-square-foot R & D; building in Columbia Corporate Center at 140 Columbia in Aliso Viejo from American Industrial Properties REIT. United Rentals Inc. leased a 15,000-square-foot building at 16300 Gothard St. in Huntington Beach from John J. Mullion for $4.3 million. Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office represented United Rentals. Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley’s Anaheim office represented Mullion.
OTHER
Irvine-based GAA Architects was selected by Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. to design two office campus projects in San Jose. Both Highlands Corporate Centre and Trimble Technology Centre are in the entitlement phase.
Motivational Systems completed a sign program for Phase I of the masterplanned Ladera Ranch community in San Juan Capistrano. The firm also was awarded the contract for all of the Phase II signage, including iGallery signage, park rules signage and other on-site signage.
Tustin-based DMK is completing construction of the 59,000-square-foot FoodsCo. grocery store in Fresno. The $2.85 million store is owned by Ralphs Grocery Co.
