Oceanside Multifamily Sells for $24 Million

Seller is an Irvine-based trust

An Irvine-based trust sold a 72-unit apartment building in North San Diego County for $24 million.

John Darcy Bolton Living Trust sold Ocean Breeze Village at 2070 Poplar Road in Oceanside to San Diego-based Mendridge 13 LLC, a company headed by Denisse Mendivil. The transaction closed on Aug. 13.

The 69,630-square-foot apartment property on nearly 9.6 acres was built in 1989 and is located near Oceanside’s Central Business District.

Drew Holden and Tyler Leeson of Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas and Orange County office, respectively, listed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
