A 71,500-square-foot office building in Mission Viejo has changed hands, in one of the first – and largest – transactions of the year so far.
Beverly Hills-based real estate company Bolour sold a four-floor building at 27401 Los Altos in Mission Viejo to Brea-based Eagle Hua Inc. for $24 million, or $336 per square foot, according to CoStar data. The transaction closed on Jan. 31.
CoStar records show the property as Eagle Hua’s only holding within Orange County.
The building, called Cerro, was 92% leased at the time of the sale, per CoStar. Tenants include Realty One Group West, Sovereign Healthcare, Crown Valley Imaging and Amur Equipment Finance.
Bolour bought Cerro, which was built in 1984, in 2018 from Bixby Land Co. for $21.6 million.
Eagle Hua’s U.S. headquarters is located at 1800 E. Lambert Road in Brea.
