Anduril Expands with Major Santa Ana Industrial Lease

Defense firm to occupy 162,000 square feet

Costa Mesa-based defense firm Anduril Industries Inc. signed a lease for nearly 162,000 square feet at Harbor Logistics Center in Santa Ana, the Business Journal has learned.

It is the latest deal for a company, founded by entrepreneur Palmer Luckey, that has been scooping up leases in Orange County.

Anduril has not revealed what it plans to do with the newly signed industrial lease.

Harbor Logistics Center, located at 3100 S. Harbor Blvd. in Santa Ana, was built earlier this year by Kearny Real Estate Co. and Dune Real Estate Partners.

Read more about the lease deal in the Business Journal’s Sept. 1 issue.
