Alta Dena Certified Dairy has expanded its sponsorship of the Women In Sports & Careers Foundation.
As part of the sponsorship, the foundation’s logo will appear on more than 5 million cartons of milk and dairy products, beginning later this year. The agreement will provide Alta Dena with marketing opportunities during the 2000-01 Women’s Sports Career Seminar Series and annual girls’ sports events.
The new deal involves promotional tie-ins and an undisclosed cash donation by Alta Dena.
The foundation is a non-profit organization that provides professional guidance, education and support to girls and women seeking to pursue sports-related careers.
City of Industry-based Alta Dena is owned and operated by the Dean Foods Co., a Fortune 500 food company based in Franklin Park, Ill.
